School Rules and Regulations

  • The school believes in close partnership with parents in order to bring the best out of every child. The school recommends the following to the parents / Guardians.
  • The medium of instruction in the school, is purely English, a certain amount of conversation must be carried out at home in English regularly.
  • You are advised to maintain close contact with the school.
  • Please check the haircut, uniform & punctuality of your child in the morning every day before leaving home to school.
  • Parents are requested not to make any social appointments for the children during school hours. No student will be allowed to go home without approval of the principal, only under unavoidable and medical reasons, permission may be granted.
  • Parent should instruct your ward to be careful about his/her possessions. Students are not allowed to wear jewelry to the school. The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in school campus.
  • Parents are expected to look into your ward’s school almanac everyday & ensure that the homework or anything else assigned for the day is done. Do countersign in the parent’s column. Parent should ensure that your ward is fully prepared for the periodic tests and all examination
  • Notebooks and text books should be sent as per the class time-table issued the students
  • Ensure that your ward prepares his/her lessons & complete his/her homework regularly on daily basis.
  • Encourage your child to take active part in all the co-curricular activities held in the school.
  • Ensure that your ward gets neatly packed tiffin with nutritious food & drinking water in a clean bottle.
  • Parents are requested not to send their ward to school in case the child is ill or has any communicable/Contagious disease infectious disease.
  • The school belongs to you where your ward is nurtured. The school should be looked upon with respect & love.
  • Regularly check your wards school bag to avoid your child carrying unnecessary/harmful material/s.
  • Students should wear School ID card compulsory everyday while coming to the school till s/he reaches to the final destination.
  • Care should be taken to safeguard the school property. Students are liable to make payments of all the damages they cause to the school property.
  • Almanac should be brought to school every day along with the given timetable.
  • School bag, Tiffin bag, Sweater, shoes and other articles brought to the school, should have the name of the student and class marked on them. Any property found in the school premises will be handed over to the front office.
  • Students are prohibited from bringing fire crackers, water pistols any play items, cameras, CD’s, I pods, Slam books, Picture magazines, Comics, videos, games, audio tapes, extra clothes or shoes without specific permission from the class teacher with her signature.
  • Students are not allowed to meet visitors in the school. They are not allowed to make or take phone calls, unless the school deems it necessary.
  • Attend PTA meeting and access day to check the acadermic progress of your child and to know about your child general behavioral in the school campus.

GENERAL RULES FOR EXAMINATION

  • Attendance is compulsory for all exams held during the year.
  • A minimum attendance of 85% of the total number of working days in each semester is compulsory for securing a rank as per merit list. Even on medical grounds the child cannot remain absent for more than 20% of the total number of working days in each semester, or else the child will be detained in the same Grade.
  • Students who report late for any of the exams will not be given any extra time for answering the question papers.
  • Students who score less than 40% of marks in any of the main subjects English, Hindi, Marathi, Maths, Science and Social Science will be detained in the same grade.
  • No Re-Exam Policy. Students percentage would be considered in the Final Consolidated Result if a medical certificate is provided, but such students will be not be considered for the merit list.
  • A request for report cards before result declaration will not be entertained.
