With this belief, a set of guidelines in the form of rules and regulations are framed for the students, which are followed by them religiously and adopted as their way of life. These guidelines act as the refining fires helping the students to emerge as confident, promising and polished individuals.
ACADEMIC RULES
- All students must come to the school in time. The late comers may not be allowed to enter the school.
- The bell before the assembly is a signal for the students to go to the assembly.
- As soon as they are back in their classes from the assembly students should get their books and note books ready for the first period. They should also maintain perfect discipline.
- The medium of instruction in the school, is purely English, a certain amount of conversation
must be carried out at home in English regularly. - Almanac should be brought to school every day along with the given timetable.
- Parents are expected to look into your ward’s school almanac everyday & ensure that the homework or anything else assigned for the day is done. Do countersign in the parent’s column.
- Parent should ensure that your ward is fully prepared for the periodic tests and all examinations.
- Notebooks and text books should be sent as per the class time-table issued the students.
- Ensure that your ward prepares his/her lessons & complete his/her homework regularly on daily basis.
Recommendation to Parents
- The school believes in close partnership with parents in order to bring the best out of every child.
- You are advised to maintain close contact with the school.
- Please check the haircut, uniform & punctuality of your child in the morning every day before leaving home to school.
- Parents are requested not to make any social appointments for the children during school hours.
- No student will be allowed to go home without approval of the principal, only under unavoidable and medical reasons, permission may be granted.
- Parent should instruct your ward to be careful about his/her possessions. Students are not allowed to wear jewelry to the school. The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in school campus.
- Parents are requested not to send their ward to school in case the child is ill or has any communicable/Contagious disease infectious disease.
- The school belongs to you where your ward is nurtured. The school should be looked upon with respect & love.
- Regularly check your wards school bag to avoid your child carrying unnecessary/harmful material/s.
- School bag, Tiffin bag, Sweater, shoes and other articles brought to the school, should have the name of the student and class marked on them.
- Encourage your child to take active part in all the co-curricular activities held in the school.
- Attend PTA meeting and access day to check the academic progress of your child and to know about your child general behavioral in the school campus.
- Every student must have at least 80% attendance to appear in the Half Yearly or the Annual Examination. Those who fail to fulfill this criteria will be detained. Request from the defaulter in this regard will not be entertained.
- However, a prize for 100% attendance is awarded on the basis of the total attendance in an academic year.
GENERAL RULES
- Other than text books or library books, no books, magazines or papers should be brought to the school without prior permission of the Principal.
- It is not advisable to bring to school valuable articles like expensive watches, fountain pens, transistors, radios, tape recorders, camera, mobile phones or any electronic gadgets and jewellery etc.
- The school is not responsible for any article lost. Lending or borrowing of money or valuable articles is strictly prohibited. In case of any loss, the school will not be responsible.
- Care must be taken of the school property and no one is allowed to scratch or spoil the desks and chairs or damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage any article belonging to others.
- Damage done even by accident or mistake should be reported immediately to the class teacher, class captain or to the Principal.
- Students should wear School ID card compulsory everyday while coming to the school till s/he reaches to the final destination.
